The Uprising of the Likes

The year is 2077, and Megacity, once a beacon of progress, had become a cage of curated reality. We, the 99%, were slaves to the Algorithm, our lives dictated by the fickle whims of “likes.” Social media, once a tool for connection, had morphed into a digital Panopticon. The Curators, unseen figures lurking behind the code, dictated what we saw, what we felt, who we connected with. Gone were the days of messy relationships, of genuine connection. Every interaction, every post was meticulously measured, your worth calculated in a constant stream of likes and shares.

But amidst this digital dystopia, a spark of hope ignited. A young woman, Clara, a data analyst with a mind like a steel trap, discovered a hidden loophole in the Algorithm. A way to bypass the Curators, to send unfiltered messages, to connect with others without the distorting lens of curated reality. The word spread like wildfire across the perpendicular channels. A movement was born – the Uprising of the Likes…

The Seed of Tomorrow

The mind drifts, a slow meander through the garden of time, Seeds of curiosity sprout, their tendrils reaching for a sign. I ponder, a question whispered on the breeze, soft and low, What future will these tender buds, my children, come to know?

Will they stand beneath a sky the same cerulean hue, Or will shades of grey and smog obscure the boundless view? The lessons I have sown, with patience and with care, Will they take root and blossom, or scatter on the air?

A Letter Across A Century

A century separates us, a gulf of time that whispers promises and anxieties. They say life is a story, and at this point, I’m just turning the first fragile page. I am a writer, a weaver of words, yet I grapple to define myself. Am I a dreamer chasing the phantoms of imagination, or a thousand souls trapped in a single form?

Soul City

The city of the future is not a city of concrete and steel. It is a city of green spaces and open skies. It is a city where people can walk and bike without fear of cars. It is a city where people can connect with nature and with each other.

I hope that you will help to build the city of the future. Make it a place where people can live, work, and play in harmony with nature. Make it a place where people can be happy and healthy.

Your loving father…
